1.What is your refund policy?

We offer a 14-day return policy starting from the day you receive your PowrKnee. If you’re not satisfied, you can request a return within this period. (Products must be returned in original condition.)

2.Will PowrKnee weaken my muscles?

No. PowrKnee supports your movement—it doesn’t move your legs for you. By reducing knee strain, it can help you stay active longer and continue using your leg muscles naturally.

3.Can PowrKnee help repair knee injuries?

PowrKnee does not repair or heal knee injuries. It helps by reducing load and pressure on the knee joint, making movement more comfortable and manageable.

4.Where do you ship?

We ship globally. Shipping availability and delivery times may vary by country and region. (US address usually takes less than 5 business days to receive; other regions vary from 5-14 days.) 5.Are there any size or body measurements required to use it?

At the moment, our device comes in one standard size, designed to fit users with the following measurements:

6.Is it safe? Will it restrict my movement after wearing it?

With the built-in SymbioNet Adaptive Controller (SNAC) system, PowrKnee can predict the user’s next move in just 1 millisecond and instantly deliver the right force to the right part of the leg, ensuring natural motion without dragging or restriction.
