Refund policy

14-Day Return Window: Customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Condition: Items must be in original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.

Refund Method: All refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

Return Shipping: Unless the product is defective, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs to our nearest warehouse.
